Cousins

Here are just some random pictures of the cousins......Corynn, Caden, Dahlynn, Carlee and Camryn.....and CELI - look at all those C's!! These were taken at our sister Cari's baby shower last October.....it's fun to get everyone together...our family is GROWING!!! Look at all these kids......Geeeesshhhh....

We were visiting Memo and she had this mask from her "old lady" costume........pretty cute. The kids had a great time playing with it....

Professional Tree Removal R US.....NOT

Ok - so, our newest project - or you could even call it "Rural Development"....our 121 year old farmhouse.....needed a "few" trees removed. Only problem - one of the trees was about - oh - say about 60 feet tall. These pictures don't even do it justice but, you can see how much taller it is than the house and how little we are! Cayden and I hooked a huge rope up to my Grandpa's good ol' pickup truck and drove it down the block just in case it started to fall into the house. Matt notched it with the chainsaw until it started to fall. Doesn't sound too scary - however, if you were there to see that it would have probably done significant damage to our house not to mention - Matt if anything went wrong. AND THE FACT THAT WE HAVE NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE?????? No worries - all is well. We were successful!! You should have heard that tree fall though....two people in the town (one in his truck and another on his 4 wheeler) came rushing over to make sure everyone was ok. (Love small town life - someone gets shot in Wichita and no one shows up) It was pretty awesome! We are ready to do it again!!!

HATS

I started making hats on the side...these are just a few.....it's hard to get a good picture of them. I have about 20 different kinds that I can make including hats for your dogs. It is therapy that I get PAID for! What a great deal!!!

Baby Camryn

We had a little baby shower for my sister-in-law Robin after she had Camryn....we ate Spaghetti and Meatballs and just snuggled with Camryn...he is such a sweet baby. He looks a lot like big sis Caden. Carlee was so excited...she thought Aunt Robin brought a baby just for her......

Speedy Gonzalez....

The kids love these speed stack cups...they have had a lot of fun with them....I recommend them.

Where's Waldo

This is one of Carlee's new hiding spots.....she steals Vanna's DS and crawls into her basket in her room where no one will look.....except a mommy. Smart girl....

Hired Hands....

We were getting ready to put our house on the market and the window well in the basement needed repainting....this was one of the few times that they actually did something together without killing each other. Although - by the end of this - they were both covered in paint.... I was SURPRISED.

Grilled Pizza Anyone?

Got a recipe for grilled pizza....wasn't sure how this on was going to turn out - but, it worked great and the pizzas were really good! I just let the kids make their own....they had a great time!

Can't wait until it gets warmer so we can do this again!
